GM Note:
There are two proposals on the table: a Draw including all survivors [DIAS] and a proposal for a 4-way Draw between Austria, Spain, Norway, Turkey. Please vote about these proposals with the Winter orders. A missing vote counts as a vote against a proposal, so even if you have no adjustments, please vote on the Draw anyway. Thanks.
